There are some possible error messages an owner-agency may receive when you fetch bids or responses or use the open bid utility.

The Digital ID™ used to advertise this solicitation could not be found on your computer. | If you advertise a solicitation or a request for proposal, your Digital ID must be stored on your computer in order to open the bids or request responses. If you are on a different computer, use the back up to import the Digital ID onto your new computer. |
You can't open this bid because your Digital ID™ wasn’t created when the solicitation was advertised. | When you advertise a solicitation or a request for proposal, only the Digital IDs of the users who have permission to open the bid (based on their roles), or are part of the evaluation team when the request was advertised, are inserted into the solicitation or request file. If your Digital ID was not inserted, you will not be able to fetch bids or request responses. |
