If you advertise a solicitation or a request for proposal, your Digital ID must be stored on your computer in order to open the bids or request responses. If you are on a different computer, use the back up to import the Digital ID onto your new computer. |

When you advertise a solicitation or a request for proposal, only the Digital IDs of the users who have permission to open the bid (based on their roles), or are part of the evaluation team when the request was advertised, are inserted into the solicitation or request file. If your Digital ID was not inserted, you will not be able to fetch bids or request responses. |

This is caused by a contractor uploading a corrupted or password protected PDF. The system can't combine that PDF with the others. From the Actions menu, click Print All PDF or Download Required Documents (if the PDF is a required document). If the corrupted file is still an issue, consider contacting the contractor. |
