Overview

Agencies can automatically review, refresh, manage, and publish comprehensive project descriptions using the AI Summary Table. This AI feature uses the project's attachment files to generate a comprehensive summary that you can use alongside or in place of manually entered text.

Additionally, agencies can review and approve AI-suggested solicitation tags to improve project classification and discoverability. These intelligent features are designed to reduce administrative overhead while ensuring that specific work requirements are more easily identifiable to the appropriate vendor businesses.

Summary:

After saving changes to the General Info section of your draft solicitation, scroll to the AI Summary table. The AI generates a unique summary for each project only after the project documents have been added to the solicitation's Attachment List.

After uploading the files, the AI reviews the attachments and selects one to use for generating the summary. Once the summary appears, content management options will be visible alongside it.

Good to know:

The AI agent will determine which document is best for generating the summary. If you want to control which document it uses, you can upload that document first, check the summary, and then upload your remaining documents.

If kept public in the advertisement, tags are displayed alongside the AI summary in two main areas for all end users: on publicly advertised solicitations, and within the General Info section of any advertised solicitation, if you choose to keep them visible.

Managing AI Generated Content

You may react to or manage the summary and tags by clicking the following options:

Feedback Options:

Thumbs Up: Use this to approve the AI-generated summary or tags.
Thumbs Down: Use this to indicate disapproval, perhaps due to inaccuracies or discrepancies.
Refresh: Click this icon to prompt the AI to generate a new summary or tags by rescanning details from the solicitation.

Action Menu: The management options, accessed via the three dots for either content type, are available both before and after advertising. These options let you hide the description from public view or provide feedback.

Once hidden, you can confirm the visibility by referencing the eye slash icon in the top right corner of the specific AI generation:
